SENIOR DURHAM, CONN. • COGINCHAUG REGIONAL (COKER COLLEGE) At Delaware: Second-year member of the Blue Hens after transferring from Coker College • serving as team captain. 2011-12 Season: Appeared in all 12 tournaments for the Blue Hens • led the squad with a 75.21 average round, the 11th lowest single season total in UD history • posted four top10 finishes on the season, tied for the most on the squad • placed second at the Navy Fall Classic with a three under par 7168-139, which earned him CAA Co-Men’s Golfer of the Week honors • tied for sixth place at the George Washington Invitational (75-74-72-221), Villanova Wildcat Invitational (7376-76-225), and Manor Intercollegiate (73-73-73-219) • was the Blue Hens’ top finisher at the Barnabas Health Intercollegiate and the ODU Outer Banks Invitational. JUNIOR PALMERTON, PA. • PALMERTON At Delaware: Third-year member of the Blue Hens. 2011-12 Season: Appeared in six tournaments for Delaware, ranking fourth on the team with a 76.56 average round • tied for seventh place at the Penn State Rutherford Intercollegiate with a 78-72-76-226 • fired a career low round of 68 at the Villanova Wildcat Invitational, tied for the lowest round by a Blue Hen on the year. 2010-11 Season: Placed 59th at the Villanova Wildcat Invitational after carding 77-83-160. High School: Member of the golf, wrestling and baseball teams at Palmerton High School • named 2008-09 Times News Golfer of the Year • led Palmerton to a sixth place finish in the 2009 PIAA State Championship • Palmerton went 13-1, the best season in school history • led Palmerton to the 2010 Colonial League title • honor roll student.
