AUTO BELAY

The auto-belay at The Rock gives you the opportunity to climb during non-rope hours or to climb as much as you want during roped hours. This auto-belay uses centripical force to lower you safely to the ground once you reach the top. All routes that are green tagged can be climbed on the auto-belay. You must get certifed by a ROCK staff in order to climb during non-roped hours. Auto-belay hours are from 11:00am until the SRC closes every day.

CHALLENGE COURSE

Through carefully designed and led activities, individuals and teams explore communication, group dynamics, confidence, decision-making, team spirit, trust, cooperation, motivation, creativity, conflict resolution, diversity and feedback. We accomplish this by creating a physically and emotionally safe environment in which individuals and teams are free to step outside of their comfort zone and take a risk. Another key element to our program is fun! We believe the team that plays together stays together, and people are much more willing to learn when fun is involved. Group Type
