Rapid Response Team A Covid19 Rapid Response Team convened on March 13, 2020 and $160,000 was raised for local families because of the generous support of Bank of America, United Way of Central Carolinas, and Foundation for the Carolinas.

volunteer and community resource at Hidden Valley Elementary school for over 5 years. When the Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools (CIS) at the school told her about the opportunity to be UCITY Family Zone's first Community Ambassador she seized the opportunity.

For the last five months, Luly has been a committed community advocate for the residents of Wooden Hollow Apartments. She has connected dozens of families with utility and rental assistance.

Offering translation and hands-on case management between the families and Crisis Assistance Ministries, Loaves and Fishes, Stonebridge Church Community, and Northside Baptist Church to name a few.

Did You Know? Luly shared that she wants to be a nurse. She has four children. And, she loves helping the families in need.
