Application Process Apply online. It’s easy! Step 1. Apply for admission to UCF at www.admission.ucf.edu. Once you are admitted to UCF, you can apply for housing. Step 2. Review housing choices in this brochure or take a tour on the Housing website (www.housing.ucf.edu). Step 3. Complete a housing agreement at http://my.ucf.edu. For detailed application instructions, visit the Housing website and select “Apply.”

Reminders: · A prepayment is required for the housing agreement to be accepted as complete. · Students can view their housing status on myUCF. · Students can make roommate requests and indicate room preferences on myUCF. · Once assigned, room and roommate assignment information is available on myUCF. · Housing agreements are subject to cancellation and any prepayments will be forfeited if the admissions enrollment deposit is not paid. Note: First-year students are given preference for housing on the Orlando main campus. Transfer student and graduate student housing is limited. Students of all classifications may apply for the student housing located at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management campus. Married and family student housing is not available at UCF. No student is guaranteed housing on campus, so everyone is encouraged to apply early.

Both communities have gated, secured access, are on the UCF shuttle route, and are routinely patrolled by the UCF Police Department.
