STANDARD INSTALLATION: DELIVERY, SET-UP, & BREAK-DOWN Our team of experts promptly arrives with all necessary equipment to perform an efficient, professional event set up. Once the contract’s agreed upon terms have been met, our team departs strictly according to the agreed departure time upon the completed successful event

DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon signing of this contract .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A non-refundable deposit is to be paid upon the signing of this contract. The balance of the contract is to be paid in full no less than 10 days before the event date. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment can be made by mailed check to 11601 Wilshire Blvd STE 500, Los Angeles, CA 90025 or by Credit Card. Please note that credit card payment will incur a 3% additional charge.

SERVICE AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT [CONT]
CANCELLATION OF EVENT FOR NON-PAYMENT: The event will be cancelled if the customer does not pay the balance of the contract in full prior to 7 days before the event date. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION: If the customer cancels this contract for any reason, the customer will be entitled to 50% refund of the monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit. RESCHEDULING EVENT DATE: If the customer requests to reschedule the event date for any reason, and if pacific event lighting has that new event date available, there will be a 35% rescheduling fee. FORCE MAJEURE: If because of illness, weather conditions, defective equipment or any other occurrence beyond pacific event lightingâ€™s control, we are unable to arrive at the event location, perform our services, or our services in progress are interrupted, you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid as liquidated damages. Customer agrees that there will be no further compensation. OTHER: Pacific Event Lighting will not install other vendors lighting or equipment nor will we split a lighting installation job with another vendor.
