passed Zoning By-law No. 220-2013 on the 21" day
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the Zoning By-law, and a map showing the location of the lands to which the amendment applies, are attached. The amendment was processed under file number: ll259011 ESC 35 OZ. This land is also subject to an application under the Planning Act for part lot control exemption, file number 13 100408 ESC 35 PL. Take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in respect to all or part of this Zoning By-law may be made by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk, Attention: Yvonne Davies, Administrator, Scarborough Community Council, 150 Borough Drive, Toronto, Ontario, MIP 4N7, no later than MARCH2l,2013.
A Notice of Appeal will:

Who Can File An Appeal: Only individuals, corporations or public bodies may appeal a by-law to the Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its behalf. No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the by-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the council, or in the opinion of the Ontario Municipal Board, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF ZONING BY.LAW NO. 220.2013 The purpose and effect of Zoning By-law No.220-2013 is to permit eight, 4-storey, 12.1 metre high
freehold townhouses with private garages and rooftop amenity space. Seven of the townhouses would have frontage on Patterson Avenue, while the most southerly townhouse would have frontage on Danforth Road. All private garages would be accessed from Patterson Avenue. Amenity space for the townhouses would be provided in the front yards, as well as through private rooftop terraces accessed from the partial fourth storey of the dwellings.
