In addition to making fresh cheeses, create cheese tray presentations and fun accompaniments such as homemade crackers and chutney to go with your favorite cheeses.

Continue your culinary journey. Demonstrations, paired with hands-on experiences, will cover vegetables in various cooking methods, from frying to sautéing, plus meat techniques of braising, roasting and grilling.
