SERVSAFE® ServSafe® Students, Please Note: Registration must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date to allow the required time to study your book. Enroll in-person and purchase your book/ test answer sheet at the Career Services Center, 3420 S. Memorial Drive. Classes are taught in English; however, the ServSafe® test is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French Canadian, and large print. You must indicate your test language preference at time of enrollment so the appropriate test can be ordered for you.

ServSafe® Manager Certification ServSafe®, a national certification, meets requirements of the Tulsa Health Department. Registration must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date to allow the required time to study your book.
