AGM Report

TTMA’s Annual General Meeting stepped down, and they are as follows: Mr. Nicholas Lok Jack Mr. Craig La Croix Mr. Paul Quesnel Ms. Genevieve Jodhan

The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA) proudly held its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and AGM Business Breakfast on May 6th 2014 at the Hyatt Regency. Both meetings were well attended by a full complement of manufacturers and other representatives of the business sector, as well as specially invited guests from key stakeholder organizations throughout the country. Annual General Meeting (AGM 2014) The TTMA’s President for the term 20132014, Mr. Nicholas Lok Jack, delivered the President’s report on activities for the year, which highlighted the resounding successes the Association was able to attain in the areas of Trade Promotion, Business Development, Regulatory Reform, Advocacy for improvements in legislation and, most importantly, deepening the emphasis on service to the entire membership.

Of these persons, Mr. Quesnel and Ms. Jodhan did not stand for re-election. The TTMA’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ramesh Ramdeen, thanked them both for their sterling contribution to the TTMA, and they were both presented with tokens of appreciation. Replacing them on the Board are Mr. Christopher Alcazar of and Mr. Travis Ali.

Mr. Nicholas Lok Jack and Mr. Craig La Croix both stood for re-election and were duly reelected. By consensus, Mr. Nicholas Lok Jack was re-elected as President of the TTMA for a second term in office.
