我是吳宜津,目前就讀於台科設計研究所工業設計組,專攻互動設計,大 學畢業於長庚大學工業設計學系。 我目前將主力放在使用者經驗,在大四與研究所分別有跑過整套app的檢測 與開發流程,大學的畢制偏重質化,而研究所的課程學習偏重量化。在我所 屬的實驗室是以現象學、全視學等質性觀點去處理互動設計的議題。 在產品設計的部分,在大學以T-Care這項輔具讓教育部受邀至AAMA創業小 聚參展。在通用設計方面的實踐則是在2014年和成衛浴實習時,參與無障礙 臉盆的開發,特別針對孕婦與老人。在2014年時以吊燈Spinning得到燈烜獎 優選第三名。 在2017年以互動設計ECO-PURE進入TRANSACTION跨界超越競賽的決選。 並在2017年進入研華科技擔任設計實習,參與電子紙在醫療場域的產品系 列開發。2017年進入台科後參與國科會的虛擬實境暈眩計畫,當中負責VR 的 視覺元素與使用者經驗。

客製化叫車服務 Eco-Moving是一套強調效率的叫車軟體,以商業人士為主要TA 強調搭車的效率以及便利性,針對商業人士的生活習慣,開發了 兩樣特色分別指定接送以及車上飲食,在溝通部分進行再優化


需求探索

設計動機 在大都會裡,以叫車進行移動的成本遠遠低於自己養車 進行移動。然而大家還是會選擇擁有一台車,因為擁有 自己的車有著叫出租車所沒有的彈性與效率,因此我們 針對商業人士找出讓他們在商業旅程中,常遇到的情況 開發這套客製化叫車服務。將服務多鎖定在從叫車道上 車這段時間的彈性。

該服務強調是從叫車到搭上車 的這段時間彈性變化:地點修改 方面專注在上車前的突發狀況 (時間與地點)與人數改變

後測 以Axure 做prototype由計程車司機進行操作,發現了一些問題,如司機們習慣將手機放 在擋風玻璃附近的手拉開了一段距離,此時,app裡的圖片顯示都很需要再調整(不然會 太小)在客戶端方面,擬刪去彈性修改的功能,乘客若使用此功能,會造成司機的困擾

電子紙應用於醫療場域 該案為商業案,屬性是B2B,比一般C2C的UCD,考慮更多的是場域的適合性以及大量下對成 本的考量,因此在此案以多種產品開發同時進行,並考慮購買者優先於使用者。再者,電子紙 有技術限制,後續在設計過程皆有影響。


場域探查 場域觀察:對於各場域顯示方式做歸納,最後我們選擇開發的場域為顯示器類型分別為 壓克力板與傳統紙張者


分工 在該案裡的產品開發主線由我和兩位同事共 同完成,如為電子紙的規格與對應開發產品 ,產品根據不同場域而有不同規格

尺寸版面配置與UI設計 在該案裡,我主要負責每個產品的UI,並依 照適合的安裝方式賦予適當的版面尺寸,如 左方床頭卡便分為移動與固定兩種特性。

信息顯示 以訪談與問卷的方式瞭解,對醫護人 員在查房時,對他們來說最重要的訊 息。像是床號對醫護而言比起名字重 要很多。而在門診卡的部分,訪談到 病人對於整體順序的不透明而感受到 不安及煩躁,將資訊重新設計表達。

研華實習多了商業觀點的學習,B2B的開 發模式也和以往學校所學有所不同,這也 是第一次實習有年紀相仿的同事一起陪伴 奮鬥,主管也都很勇敢地讓我們放手去做 。

THE HEALING POWER OF PLANTS Mobile Garden is a trolley with chairs.It helps users to physical and psychological rehabilitation by using Horticultural Therapy and treating plants as their pets. It can also encourage the elderly people and plant enthusiasts to get outdoors. Mobile Garden has a chair for those who have weak knee or who need a rest.


HORTICULTURAL THERAPY A study reported that horticultural therapy “was expected to influence healing,alleviate stress, increase feelings of well-being and promote participation in social life and re-employment forpatients with brain damage.” Söderback I, Söderström M, Schälander E. Horticultural therapy: the ‘healing garden’ and gardening in rehabilitation measures at Danderyd Hospital Rehabilitation Clinic, Sweden. Pediatr Rehabil 2005;8:235 —7.

MOTIVATION More and more lonely elderly home without motivation to go out. We can encourage them to go out by taking walks with plants. We observed that some of the elderly, will go to the food market consumption.Because of knee degeneration, they need a place to sit and rest.

ROUGH MODEL & SHETCHES At first, I want to let the user goes for a walk with lots of plants. Therefore, you can see that the Mobile Garden is equipped with a hard toolbox in the rough model stage. However, I forget the original intention of horticultural therapy: Even a few potted plants will be able to heal the hearts of users.

I changed the toolbox into the hook because hook is highly adaptable. User can hang items they need at random.

PROTOTYPE

I used welding and tube bending to prototype. Because the base is triangle, we cutting a groove for welding needs to be measured before welding.

The shape of the chair guides the user about how to sit. In response to environmental and natural design, I use the cork fabric.

I used laser engraving machine to laser my main visual design on the wood. I used these pieces of wood chips to cover the ugly part in the middle of the tires. 23


Considering safety, I set up double brake, one is on front wheel the other is on handle.

Consider the environment in Taiwan most people live in apartment. Width of the product with a small elevator design. Market research shows that it’s not exceed the minimum width of 1400mm for the smallest elevator in normal specifications.

VISION I hope Mobile Garden can create a new platform for social interaction, so that more different users can communicate with each other. Mobile Garden can lead a new outdoor leisure way.

ACTIVE ASSISTIVE DEVICE The number of Taiwan's elderly population are growing. Security of the elderly can not be ignored. It’s important to design an Active Assistive device to make users more comfortable and convenient.

MOTIVATION I try to change the traditional switching mode of chandelier. Unlike the button as a switch mode, the interaction between SPINNING and user is more intuitive.Beside different interaction between chandelier and user, the change of color light reflects the interaction.

FOCUS Due to degeneration of muscle and bone,it’s difficult for the elderly get up from the bed.The elderly often get up at midnight and go to toilet.Due to blurred vision and dark environment, they are easy to fall.

PROBLEMS This project was made in a workshop. We summarize problems occurs on the elderly: 1.Elderly --people need help on sports or movement. 2.Easy to fall in a particular space. 3.Vision blurred,especially at night.

FUNCTION We focus on the issue of avoiding the fall of elderly. We sprouted an idea for active anti-aids with handle s fall suspended from the ceiling.

DATA COLLECTION We have to confront at some problems of the elderly living alone. By using IOT connecting T-CARE and APP, the elderly’s auxiliaries and family can grasp the user's body condition in time.

We use LEGO bricks and clay concept construct prototypes, using some bricks simulate environmental conditions. Ideas to be carried out more smoothly by these actions.

TEAMWORK Nursing students hope product can provide a complete protection. Therefore, they tend to design complicated with many function.As a designing student, we paied more attention to user experience. We tend to simplify function to users easy to use.In the process, we try to strike a balance from different opinion.

EXPERENCE FROM AAMA We invited to AMAA exhibition under the Ministry of Education grant, we learned to promote our products to manufacturers matchmaking. And we discovered some problems about the mounting end and production side, etc.Finally, I am very happy because these partners from the Department of Psychology and the Department of Nursing let me have this interdisciplinary collaboration experience.

This is a set of cutlery-centered tray to the visually impaired. Use Bluetooth to establish iOT, not only allow the blind can enjoy the atmosphere with everyone eating together but also resolve the problem for eating identify.


SCENARIOS Design for restaurant selling combo meal. There are various dishes. The waiter can input position information for different combo meal.

HEAR YOUR FOOD User can grasp all the information and location for dishes by a quick lap on the tableware with chopsticks.He can know the information by the headphone.

AVOID DUMPPING Anti-dump is a key point for the visually impaired. Most visually impaired is sensitive to positions. Therefore, if they grasp the approximate relative position, they can prevent the dumping. I used magnetic force to solve problem of container dumped.

Users insert their fingers into the groove at bottom of the bowl, and the magnetic force can be lifted. Then they can pick up dishes.

The height difference on side is Product Semantics. It is convenient for the visually impaired to find the switch.

There is sensor where the chopsticks put. When the chopsticks are put, users can “hear� the information about their partner eat by making the head of chopsticks toward him.

KNOWING & SHARING The visually impaired can enjoy the atmosphere with everyone else by sharing information.I hope TRAY can encourage them to dine out with family and friends.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS I learned the complete process for production of pottery and metal. Nest, I learned various bathroom amenities and product development process in HCG.

The mission of internship was to design the washbasin, which I created for specific users such as the elderly, children or pregnant women. Before I began to design the washbasin, colleagues told me to make the collation for catalog from other brand as a warm-up to make market research. 46


WASHBASIN We considered not only the size of washbasin but also where the handrails should be set for the elderly. Many elderly people have to use wheelchair after they catch the disease. Because many elderly residences are planned in advance, I considered the convenience of wheelchair users.Therefore, I designed a detachable module, which is bathroom cabinet at same time beyond the washbasin. If someone unfortunately wheelchair had to use in the house, bathroom cabinet on left can be replaced by another pillar.

AR & CULTURE Another case was re-designed Historic sites, the Japanese shrine located in Chiayi Park.We started from the base measurement. There is only a base of the Japanese shrine. We want to tell people the story again.At the proposal stage, using AR to help users see the burned shrine. The foundation of shrine can tell story by itself.

we the observed the environment found that we can integrate ZHONG-ZHENG Bridge with new roads through design.We re-designed the leisure function of the bridge especially the space below the bridge.In this way, people can continue to interact with the public space! The story of the bridge will not disappear.


NICE COOPERATION I have a special experience with many different perspectives in this workshop. My partners including architects, staff in construction Department, graphic designer and the Italian majoring in anthropology.
