Malikula is a Professional Stylist and Image consultant with a proven track record, for internationally acclaimed fashion brands across Southern Africa. Fashion and all things visual are his second nature. He has a vast wealth of experience in styling fashion shows, photo shoots, beauty pageants, corporate and personal grooming. More recently he started styling for a popular music programme on ZTV. His wide array of knowledge of fashion has seen him write for The Newsday, Zimbabwe Standard, Echo newspaper a weekly in Botswana as well as contributions to the Jet, Zimbabwe blog. Naturally, Marshall finds great joy and pride in transforming people, work and living spaces. His mantra is “No matter how you feel. Get up, Dress up, Show up and never give up!�

Make your stews more delicious with Knorr soup

Ingredients... 3 tablespoons cooking oil 1 onion, sliced 1 kg stewing beef, cubed 4 tomatoes, peeled and diced 2 teaspoons Robertsons Paprika 1 teaspoon Robertsons Mixed Herbs 2 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoons Knorr Brown Onion Soup Dumplings: 1 cup self-raising flour 50 g margarine 1 tsp Robertsons Mixed Herbs

Beef Stew with Herb Dumplings Bee Serves 4 - 6 Prep Time 15 mins Cooking Time 1h 20 mins •

In a large pan, heat oil and fry beef until well browned. Add onion and fry until soft. Ad

Add tomatoes, paprika and A mixed herbs, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water and simmer for 60 minutes.

Dumplings: Rub margarine into self-raising flour until it resembles bread crumbs, then add mixed herbs and enough water to form a stiff dough.

Divide dough into 8 dumplings, drop into stew about 30 minutes before end of cooking time. Cover and simmer until fluffy and cooked.

Mix the Knorr Brown Onion Soup with a little water to form a smooth paste and stir into the stew.

Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to thicken.

Ingredients... 2 tablespoons oil 1 onioin, chopped 1 tablespoon Rajah Medium Curry powder

Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry

1 kg sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 1/2 cups water 2 Knorrox Chicken stock cubes 2 tablespoons Knorr Tasty Rich

Oxtail Soup with BBQ Spice mixed with 4 tablespoons water 1 bunch spinach, cleaned and chopped

Serves 4 - 6 Prep Time 20 mins Cooking Time 55 mins •

In a large pot, heat the oil and fry the onions until soft.

Add the curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the sweet potatoes, tomatoes, water and chicken stock, stir well and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Add the dissolved Knorr Tasty Rich Oxtail Soup with BBQ Spice to the pot, simmer for 5 minutes and allow to thicken.

Add the spinach leaves and cook for a further 1 minute.

Serve with rice.

• 4 pork cutlets (250 grams each), trimmed • and juiced • 2 tablespoons Royco Usavi Mix Beef Flavour • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1 garlic clove, crushed • 1 teaspoon dried mint • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 400 grams baby potatoes, halved • 2 cucumbers, thickly sliced • 1 red pepper, chopped • Olive oil

Method: • Place pork in a shallow dish. • Place lemon rind, Royco Usavi Mix, lemon juice, garlic, mint and olive oil in a bowl. • Season with salt and pepper. • Whisk to combine. Pour over pork. Cover and set aside. • Meanwhile, place potatoes and ¼ cup of water in a heatproof, microwave-safe dish. • Cover and microwave on high (100%) for 6 minutes. • Add cucumbers and red pepper. • Microwave for 3 minutes and drain. • Spray a frying pan with oil. • Heat over medium-high heat. • Cook pork for 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. • Remove to a plate. • Cover with foil and set aside.

• 500 g chicken breasts • 100 ml fresh lime juice • 2 tablespoons Royco Usavi Mix Chicken Flavour • 10 g fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 tablespoon chilli powder • ½ teaspoon sea salt • ½ teaspoon pepper

Method: • Combine lime juice, Royco Usavi Mix, parsley, olive oil, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined. • Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in a baking dish. • Pour marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours. • Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes uncovered. • Serve with extra sauce spooned over top.
