Buy Outs Flat Rates and Options: Regardless of how many seats the patron actually intends to use: Weds, Thurs & Sunday Evening: Option 1 – GA all seats $2300 Option 2 – VIP all seats $3700 Friday & Saturday Evening: Option 1 – GA all seats $2600 Option 2 – VIP all seats $3900 Mr. Messado School of Magic for the Young and Young at Heart – Sunday’s 2:00pm Option 1 – GA all seats $1700 Option 2 – VIP all seats $2400 Additional performances: $800 non-refundable deposit required to cover the artist, staffing, rental and miscellaneous costs. Regardless of day: Option 1 – GA all seats $2600 Option 2 – VIP all seats $3900 Add On Performances Notes: Please coordinate date and time with venue management. We will work to ensure your ideal date and time are possible but this is dependent on the availability of the resident magician.
GA Buy Out Notes: Lobby opens 1 hour prior to showtime. House open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Guests are permitted to BYOB (beer, wine, cider, hard seltzers are permitted). A $5 per person corkage fee will apply. Mainstage performance lasts 65-85 minutes. The venue and lobby will close 20 minutes after the end of the show. VIP Buy Outs Notes: Lobby opens 1 hour prior to showtime. House opens 45 minutes prior to showtime, whenever possible. Client is welcome to contract with one of the Venue’s Approved Caterers (see provided contact list) to serve charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic and soft beverages, desserts, coffee etc. Please keep Venue Management included on all communications with catering companies. Drinks and food are welcome in all spaces of the venue and no additional corkage fee will apply. If you would like to provide a graphic for the onstage screens to display during the pre-show hour, please coordinate with venue management. A graphic can display you company’s logo, wish happy birthday to a guest of honor, etc. If you would like to make any remarks to your group before the show begins, please coordinate with venue management. Mainstage performance lasts about 65-85 minutes. The venue and lobby will close 1 hour after the end of the show. Guests are welcome to enjoy additional drinks and food and mingle with the performer before departing.
