Projects in the Detroit office are primarily in the Healthcare market sector; domestic and international. Support is provided to other offices which would allow access to other types of projects. At HKS I worked on all scales of work in the healthcare sector as well as the new HKS Detroit Office and the renovation of a terminal at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. - Job Captain + BIM Manger for two projects (NICU Renovation, $10 M/ Patient Tower & Pedestrian Bridge, $110 M) - Worked with Detroit Sustainability Chairperson on documentation and submittal for three LEED Acredited projects. - Member of Detroit office Revit Committee and Midwest Region Technology Group. - International work - Danat Womens and Childrens Center (Abu Dhabi), King Hussein Cancer Center (Jordan) - Co-Chairperson of the HKS Design Fellowship Detroit 2011-2014. - Selected participant for HKS Design Fellowship in Dallas (2010) and Detroit (2009) - Worked in all phases of projects (SD, DD, CD, Pre-Design, Master planning, Construction Admin)

SHW Group primarily worked in Higher Education while having a few projects in the K-12 market sector. - Worked on construction documents using Architectural Desktop 2007. - Built schematic, design development, and presentation models for design teams. - Researched material specifications according to project needs. - Worked on programmatic elements such as square footage calculations, layout, and multiple schemes.

The University of Michigan Design-Build Workshop: MUDMUP Student Lounge: Team Member Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The project was the renovation of a student lounge in the Art and Architecture Building at the University of Michigan. (MUDMUP received an AIA Michigan Honor Award.) - Aided in the development of design for overall project. - Moved through schematic designs, construction drawings, and construction of the project. - Construction experience with steel, aluminum, wood work, rough framing, and finished carpentry. - Assisted in design and fabrication of many custom furniture elements for project.
