WE AIM TO PROMOTE sustainable housing first and foremost by ensuring the fabric of the building is energy efficient, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Having insulated and sealed the building to a high standard it is important to maintain air quality without losing heat. To that end we have made a conscious decision not to use any fossil fuels to heat our homes, instead all our homes use ground source heat pumps which attracts the highest RHI repayments. So not only are you kept warm but your energy consumption is low and the associated bills kept to a minimum.
