Louisiana Creole Seafood Sauce 1 Cup Whole Egg Mayo 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce Few Drops Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)! 2 tsps Louisiana Creole Dip Mix (or less/more depending on taste) Squeeze of Lemon juice  Mix all ingredients together, if you need more sauce just double ingredients and taste  to suit.  Fabulous with prawns as a seafood sauce, with a bit of kick ,on Turkish bread with  rocket.
