ADVENTUREPERU S.A.C. (TRIP-PERU) will book the services according to the travel proposal accepted prior to the payment. However, we reserve the right to change the order of the itinerary if it’s necessary for the service to be improved. In case of situations that require the modification or cancellation of the services, please, take in consideration the following: CANCELLATION FEES Before the trip • 5% of the total amount of the program will be charged if the client cancels the services more than 30 days prior to the start of the program. • 15% of the total amount of the program will be charged if the client cancels the services between 29 and 15 days prior to the start of the program. • 20% of the total amount of the program will be charged, plus the first night on each city included in the itinerary, if the client cancels the services less than 15 days prior to the start of the program. During the trip • Refunds or reimbursements are not applicable as a result of interruptions or cancellation of the services due to conditions out of our control such as strikes, disturbances, or poor weather conditions. • If changes are made in the itinerary by express request of the client, all additional expenses incurred will be paid by the client. • Clients that voluntarily choose not to use the booked services will not receive refunds or reimbursement of any payment made in advance. About the tour entrance fees, plane, bus and train tickets: • Plane, bus and train tickets are nonrefundable once they have been issued. • Plane, bus and train tickets that have already been issued and need to be modified (date, route, etc.) are subject to availability and/or fees (specific to each airline or operator). • The total cost of the entrance ticket to Huayna Picchu and the BTC (Touristic Tickets of Cusco) are nonrefundable once they have been issued.


• Inca Trail permits are cannot be refunded, modified and/or transferred once they have been issued. About Amazon river cruises (MV Aqua and MV El Delfin): • Those programs that are cancelled less than 100 days prior to the start of the program are nonrefundable. About Libertador, Luxury Collection, Casa Andina Private Collection, Aranwa, Marriott and Hilton hotels: • If the reservation is cancelled less than 25 days prior to the start of the program the total cost of the reservation will be cancelled. About Inkaterra hotel chain (La Casona, Machu Picchu Pueblo, El Mapi, Hacienda Concepción and Reserva Amazónica): • If the reservation is cancelled more than 50 days prior to the start of the program, 20% of the total will be charged. • If the reservation is cancelled less than 50 days prior to the start of the program, 100% of the total will be charged. About Orient Express hotels (Miraflores Park Plaza, Monasterio Hotel, Palacio de las Nazarenas and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge): • If the reservation is cancelled more than 70 days prior to the start of the program, 20% of the total will be charged. • If the reservation is cancelled less than 70 days prior to the start of the program, 100% of the total will be charged.
