The word culinary has a definition derived from the Latin root word “Culina.” This is technically defined as “cooking” or “cooking area.” Also, those involved in the cooking disciplines and culinary arts student graduates are known as “culinarians.” It is a distinction with its own proper term that only these people share.
The Sweet Science Behind Making Ice Cream
Are you interested in learning how to make ice cream from scratch? Our instructor, Ashlee Olds the founder of Sweet Science Ice Cream will take you on an in depth look at the science behind making ice cream. Enjoy tasty samples, and create & churn up your own ice cream to take home. You’ll also leave class with one of Sweet Science’s signature flavors.
