Announcements Iona Please mark you calendars for the Iona Strawberry Social coming up on Wednesday th June 15 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets are available this Sunday in the foyer or through the office mid week. $7 for adults, $4 for children R Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy. For the Lord, the Most High, is awesome, a great ruler over all the earth. The Lord subdued peoples under us, and nations under our feet. The Lord chose our heritage for us, the pride of Jacob whom he loves. R God has gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our Sovereign, sing praises. For God is the king of all the earth; Sing praises with a psalm. God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne. The princes of the peoples gather as the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God; he is highly exalted. R

Exercise Class Update - Another Bump in the Road When I called Jennifer Ettinger to discuss starting dates of the class, she offered profuse apologies. Fortunately for her, but unfortunately for us, she has been offered the opportunity to do a network TV show for Rogers! This is the dream of a lifetime and I congratulated her on our behalf. She does not yet know how much time this will involve but obviously can’t make any other commitments at this point. She agreed to stay in touch and let me know later if anything might be possible. She also offered to think about possible contacts for other leaders. In any case, with summer coming we would not have been ready to start before Sept. so we might still find someone to lead the class. If you already have a doctor’s letter, hang onto it!
