Responsibilities will initially consist of providing general architectural services commencing with a comprehensive review of the project’s program and proceeding through the schematic phase. Further services taking the project through construction will be contingent upon an $8.8 million State of North Dakota general fund appropriation triggered by the level of actual State general fund revenues realized this biennium through December 31, 2009. Such additional services shall enable others to construct the project according to detailed construction documents and within the confines of the project budget while adhering strictly to the construction schedule.
