United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) in Bismarck, North Dakota is seeking qualification statements from Marketing and Advertising firms to provide consultation for marketing of our college and recruitment of American Indian students using current technology as well as traditional methods. This notice invites firms and individuals that meet pre-selection and selection criteria. One Pre-selection criterion must be met. Firms or individuals must provide proof (certification) that their principals or firms are not debarred, suspended, or found ineligible to participate in transactions with the federal government. Qualified American Indian firms and individuals will be given preference.
