A 'BREESEY' READ: OSCAR'S NEXT VOYAGE A MESSAGE FROM THE ALUMNI BOARD
The Wisconsin Triangle Alumni Board has been active the last couple of months, with lots of developments.

Breese Manor:
I would like to start by thanking everyone who has already donated funds to help with the project. The first round of donations is being used to help hire an architect and consultants with the designing of the new structure. We have met with the city already, and although we do not have a finalized plan yet, things are looking promising. Recent changes in zoning laws have opened new opportunities for us, and while the building themselves may not be able to be demolished (especially 148, 144 we don’t have a firm answer on yet) the plan of expanding the buildings and conjoining them into one unified being is still progressing.
At this point it is not a question of if we can get Breese Manor accomplished, but how we will. Beyond the expansion of the house, there will also be extensive renovations to update the house, add study rooms, and generally make the house more appropriate for the growing chapter. Our goal for this project right now is to get the house to 25-30 bedrooms, which the active chapter is confident they will be able to fill given recent numbers.
Alumni Board: The Alumni Board itself has undergone some significant changes. The board has been expanded to six members, to help tackle the challenges with the Breese Manor project. The board meets regularly once a month, as well as having multiple social events each month for actives and alumni alike each month.
