P R E D I K TO PREDIKTO ENTERPRISE

No Piece of Equipment is the Same Usage and environment affects the normal operation for a piece of equipment. Predikto treats each piece of equipment as a unique organism (i.e., an individual), and learns what is normal for each individual across both time and space. Anomaly detection or rules based systems were not designed to handle this dynamic. Predikto knows that locomotive #1 runs hotter and vibrates more than locomotive 2, however it is not at risk of failure because of reasons X, Y, and Z. We can monitor your fleet of thousands of locomotives, but we understand that each machine is different and can respond differently to changes in operating condition, environment, etc.

INTELLIGENCE IS MEANINGLESS UNLESS IT’S ACTIONABLE.

AS YOU CHANGE AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS IN PROCESSES, PREDIKTO’S SOLUTION LEARNS WITH YOU.

PREDIKTO TREATS EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AS A UNIQUE ORGANISM AND LEARNS WHAT IS NORMAL FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ACROSS BOTH TIME AND SPACE.

Auto-Dynamic Predikto utilizes a technique we call Auto-Dynamic Learning. Simply put, our algorithms continuously learn and change automatically as data come in, when assets move, and as the weather changes, for example. Change is the rule in operations and business. As you change and make improvements in processes, our solution learns with you. There is no need to have your staff constantly monitor and adjust rules or algorithms, which is a requirement at some point down the line. Predikto specializes in accounting for the developmental processes within your operations.

Get Answers Fast You can spend months or years and millions of dollars cleaning up and aggregating your data. You can pay big consulting companies to develop machine learning solutions and pay them again when performance degrades. You can do all this and still not get the results you want. Why spend millions of dollars and waste months or years to get to an answer? Our typical projects take days or weeks and don’t require that you create special data feeds or put your data in some complex database. Importantly, Predikto’s solution features transparency in terms of predictive accuracy. Our basic solution comes fully equipped with performance validation tools to realize the return on your investment.

ABOUT PREDIKTO Predikto, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, GA, provides actionable solutions for the rail industry as well as industrial equipment and fleets using predictive analytics. Predictive Analytics for the Industrial IoT

PREDIKTO’S PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS:

Industry depends on the availability of the machines that power it. Business demands 24/7/365 uptime to remain competitive. Predikto Enterprise uses SaaS-based auto-dynamic machine learning to predict equipment failure and degradation before they occur. Budget cuts and the increasing complexity of today’s connected smart devices challenge maintenance departments. Traditional approaches such as scheduled maintenance, condition monitoring and reliabilitybased methods are no longer enough. We specialize in complex distributed systems where data are often transmitted intermittently (not in real-time), where the environment, geography, and topography often impact operations. This is paramount when dealing with mobile assets.

Harnessing the Power of the Cloud Today, equipment distributed around the globe streams data at rates that can overwhelm most data centers. By offering Predikto Enterprise as a cloud-based service, you avoid unnecessary IT overhead like acquiring, installing and maintaining software for real-time data streaming. Handling Big Data projects on premise also requires installation of new software such as Hadoop as well as additional expertise and hardware. Predikto eliminates this cost and gets you to results much quicker. Beyond the cost of on-premise software, the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) of SaaS allows users to build unique interfaces through web service APIs resulting in greater flexibility and extensibility.

Asset-intensive industries (Transportation, Oil & Gas, Metals, etc.) rely upon reactive or scheduled maintenance; unplanned downtime (or even scheduled, which may not be actually needed) can adversely impact customers and financial performance. While companies introduced more effective preventive maintenance measures over the years, there is strong evidence that new predictive maintenance capabilities make an even greater difference to improving uptime, productivity, manufacturing quality, and operational performance. With the growth of the Industrial IoT (Internet of Things), plant equipment, and even vehicles, are entering a new era of use designed to connect to other devices & systems to share information. Organizations generate large volumes of data (AKA “Big Data”) from equipment sensors, maintenance systems, and other disconnected sources, but until recently these operational systems lacked the ability to predict future events, like asset failures. As experience continues to show, there is a missing link to operations and executives in combining all of this relevant data and turning into actionable intelligence for the people to whom it matters most. Predikto, a Cloud-based, predictive analytics software company, has developed a unique solution to maximize the accuracy of automated predictions for your organization. Through the development of MAX, an intuitive, machine learning engine, we have delivered a product to rapidly ingest large amounts of data from diverse sources to calculate highly accurate predictions for complex problems and to deliver actionable solutions quickly. Our Time-To-Value concept buffers everything that has been created through the Predikto solution, providing customers the acceptable amount of lead-time to react to adverse situations and preventing unanticipated downtime. Multiple, sophisticated algorithms are used in analyzing customer’s exact data to provide companies the best outcome available. With accuracies above the 90% mark, our customers are experiencing significant improvements within their operations, based on data that is already being gathered within the organization. Who has time for unplanned failures and downtime? Do you really need tens of millions in MRO inventory? Is yours increasing? Consider Predikto and our SaaSbased, ready to use solution and improve your company’s performance by taking action and seeing results in weeks, not months. Copyright 2015 Predikto, Inc

American Dream Anniversary Tour

Atlanta Launch

Strategy is to go hard against the single unit operator in 2011-2012 with 10 years of celebrating the American Dream of owning Shane’s Rib Shack.

In 2011, we will begin our the American Dream tour in Atlanta and South Georgia. The tour will launch in Atlanta during the month of October to coincide with Dine America and will continue to South Georgia in November to cover the Albany, Tifton and Valdosta markets. In these markets, we will hold events with the local mayor and chamber of commerce, as well as the local military base if applicable.

Shane’s Rib Shack. Real American BBQ. Shane calls it “Real” because he was inspired by his grandfather, Big Dad who handed down some “real” family recipes that Shane serves today. He slow cooks his ribs, hand chops his pork, makes home-made sides and doesn’t regionalize or “smoke exhaust” his food. He keeps it real.

In Market Experience

B2B Msg Platform

In each market, we will connect with a military entity, the chamber or business organization to coordinate an announcement. Shane will be on hand in each market for interviews and a cooking demo. In markets where we have openings such as Mobile, we will incorporate the franchisee into the story line. In markets where we can leverage an American Dream story, we will do so.

Shane’s will announce with the tour and each market stop the goal of signing a minimum of 10 deals per market or 100+ stores for the Southeast by 2015.

2012 Market Focus Beginning with two markets in 2011-Atlanta and South Georgia, we’ll expand in 2012 with ten additional markets, including Macon, Cartersville/Dalton, Chattanooga, Augusta, Greenville, Spartanburg, Asheville, Raleigh, Nashville and Knoxville.

Key Dates & Target Occasions We will focus tour dates in 2012 around national days of recognition to leverage increased media attention in conjunction with key messages: military vet opportunities, small business, food genre. With the right balance, the tour will be broader than a military tour.

Tour Incentives During the Tour, Shane’s will announce its Vet 10/10/10 Program where all vets are eligible for $10,000 off their franchise fee during the 10-year anniversary. The first 10 vets that sign up for a franchise, $10,000 will go to a scholarship program in the name of a family member.

Armed Services: Nov 21 Veterans Day: Nov 11 National Military Appreciation Month: May Memorial Day: May 28 National Chicken Wing Day: July 29 National Grilling Month: July National Fried Okra Day: June 25 National Chicken Month: September National Mac and Cheese Day: July 14 National BBQ Month: May Small Business Week: May 20-26
