Clifton Pitch, meet at Lee Westwood Sports Centre 8.30 - 10 pm Taekwondo Have a go at this special martial art City Sports Centre Studio

Thursday 5 June 12 – 2 pm WellBeing Lunch Take time out, free food and helpful advice Clifton, WellBeing Room 1 - 3 pm Outdoor Cycling Take to the trails for a scenic bike ride Lee Westwood Sports Centre, Clifton Campus

Friday 6 June 12 – 2 pm WellBeing Lunch Take time out, free food and helpful advice Clifton, WellBeing Room 1.30 - 2.30 pm Climbing Have a go at wall climbing City Sports Centre Climbing Wall

5.30 - 7 pm Ultimate Frisbee Team field sport played with a Frisbee Clifton Astroturf

2 - 3 pm Cheer-Fit Cheerleading fitness fun City Sports Centre Studio

6 - 7 pm Volleyball Team game, whack the ball over the net. Clifton Pitch, Meet at Lee Westwood Sports Centre

2.30 – 4.30 pm Canoeing Great water sport activity Holme Pierrepont Transport provided Pre-booking only
