BBQ recipes with poultry Chicken finch such as in the ‘Verdon’ Ingredients • 50 g/kg Degens Premium Vekamix (7036481) • 50 g/kg Degens Dry Flavour Verdon (7039361) • (Optional) 30 to 40 g/kg of Degens Oriental Grilling Oil (7016688) • 1 kg of chicken breast • 500 g/kg of mixed mince • Strips of smoked bacon Preparation 1. Cut the chicken into strips 2. Mix the Premium Vekamix underneath the mince 3. Distribute the mince on the chicken strips and roll them up 4. Marinate the meat with the Dry Flavour Verdon and Grilling Oriental Oil 5. Wrap the bacon around the chicken strips 6. Secure with string

Greek turkey skewer Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Flavour Souvlaki (7034075) • (Optional) 20 g/kg of Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 kg of turkey fillet • 2 aubergines • 150 g/kg of stoned green olives Preparation 1. Skin the turkey fillet and dice it 2. Add the Dry Flavour Souvlaki and the Herb Oil and mix it all up 3. Cut the aubergines into similar-sized pieces as the turkey fillet 4. Alternately, skewer the ingredients until you have reached the desired weight

Thai chicken and mango skewer Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Indian Curry (7038738) • 1 kg of chicken breast • 3 mangos Preparation 1. Dice the chicken breast 2. Peel the mango and dice 3. Marinate the chicken with the Dry Glaze Indian Curry 4. Alternately, skewer the chicken and the mango

Turkey steak with feta cheese Ingredients • 70 g/kg of Degens Marinade Greek Gyros (7041256) • 1 kg of turkey fillet • 200 g/kg of feta cheese • 200 g/kg of bell pepper, diced, in 3 colours Preparation 1. Make an incision in the turkey fillet (cordon bleu slit) 2. Stuff the strips with a mix of feta and bell pepper 3. Secure with a cocktail stick 4. Rub the Marinade Greek Gyros into the meat

BBQ recipes with beef Spanish skewer Ingredients • 70 g/kg Degens Marinade Spanish (7041209) • 400 g/kg of frozen jumbo shrimps • 400 g/kg of sirloin • 2 green bell peppers • Red onion Preparation 1. Put the shrimps in a tray, cover and allow to defrost 2. Dice the meat evenly. Marinate the meat with the Marinade Spanish 3. Cut the bell peppers in half and clean them. Rinse them, dry them off and cut into similar-sized pieces as the meat 4. Do the same with the onion 5. Dry the shrimps and peel them, just until the tail 6. Alternately, skewer the meat, shrimp, onion and bell pepper

American beef kebabs Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Pepper (7040795) • 20 g/kg of Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 steak Preparation 1. Cut the steak into thin strips 2. Marinade with Dry Glaze Pepper and the Herb Oil 3. Skewer the meat into a beautiful kebab

Caribbean sate Ingredients • 150-200 g/kg of Degens Marinade Caribbean (7029719) • diced beef • green bell peppers • pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned) Preparation 1. Put the beef in a bowl and mix in the marinade 2. Leave to marinade in the fridge for about 4 hours 3. Dice the green bell pepper 4. Alternately, skewer the meat, bell pepper and pineapple until you have reached the desired weight

Oriental beef skewer Ingredients • 120 g/kg of Degens Soy Sauce with Honey (7044193) • 1 kg of tender beef • 3 bundles of spring onions • 1 aubergine Preparation 1. Cut the beef into cubes 2. Marinate with the Soy Sauce with Honey 3. Remove the green bits and the skin from the onions and put them in boiling water for 1 minute 4. Slice and halve the aubergine 5. Skewer the beef, spring onions and the aubergine

BBQ recipes with pork Traditional satay Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Satay (7033338) • 20 g/kg Degens Herb Oil (7033157) • 1 kg of pork fricandeau/joint • Sweet onions and red onions Preparation 1. Dice the pork fricandeau/joint into pieces of 1.5 by 1.5 cm 2. Marinate the meat with the Dry Glaze Satay 3. Add a little Herb Oil (approx. 2%) when mixing, if necessary 4. Dice the onion 5. Alternately, skewer the meat and onion 6. Present the skewers on a pretty dish and garnish with fresh herbs

Barbecued saltimbocca Ingredients • 50-70 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Bistro (7034696) • 8 thin pork chops • 8 strips of smoked bacon • Parmesan cheese, grated • Leaves Sage Preparation 1. Put the pork chops on the board 2. Put a strip of smoked bacon on top and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and a leaf off sage 3. Fold over and skewer 4. Marinade with the Dry Glaze Bistro

Hungarian rolled pork Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Flavour Gyros (7034071) • (Optional) 30 to 40 g/kg of Degens Grill-Oil Gyros (7016731) • Pork chops • Red bell peppers, cut into strips • Green bell peppers, cut into strips Preparation 1. Marinate the pork chops with the Dry Flavour Gyros and Grill-oil 2. Stuff the pork chops with the bell pepper 3. Roll up 4. Secure the meat with a cocktail stick

Italian pork tenderloin Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Red Pesto (7038531) • Pork tenderloin • Herb cheese • Sun-dried tomatoes Preparation 1. Cut the pork entirely open, in a way you become a flat piece of pork 2. Cut up the sun-dried tomatoes very finely 3. Spread the herb cheese onto the pork 4. Sprinkle with the sun-dried tomatoes 5. Roll up tightly. Secure with a cocktail stick if necessary 6. Marinate with the Dry Glaze Red Pesto

BBQ recipes with mince products Kid’s brochette Ingredients • 55 g/kg of Degens Premium Vekamix (7036481) • 15-25 g/kg of Degens Taste Sensation Cheese (7035001) • Degens Breadcrumb Mix Yellow Fantasy (7045072) • 1 kg of mixed mince • Smoked bacon, sliced Preparation 1. Mix the mince with the Premium Vekamix and the Taste Sensation Cheese 2. Make balls of about 30 g 3. Wrap the balls in the smoked bacon, but leave the top and bottom open 4. Cover the top and bottom in the Breadcrumb Mix Yellow Fantasy 5. Use the balls to prepare a brochette. Brochette with spicy sausage and Spanish peppers Ingredients • 15-25 g/kg of Degens Premium Mince/Sausage Mix (7036411) • 25 g/kg of Degens Taste Sensation Piri-piri (7035007) • 1 kg of mixed mince • Mozzarella • Spanish peppers, in oil Preparation 1. Mix the mince with the Premium Mince/Sausage Mix and the Taste Sensation Piri-piri 2. Prepare small sausages with the dough 3. Drain the Spanish peppers 4. Stuff the peppers with the diced Mozzarella 5. Skewer the stuffed peppers and sausages

Merguez burgers Ingredients • 100 g/kg of Degens Merguezes Paste Tunis (7030358) • Degens Breadcrumb Mix Gipsy (7045071) • 2/3 of lamb • 1/3 of fatty pork Preparation 1. Chop the pork and lamb and mix it in with the Merguezes Paste Tunis 2. Grind again twice (3.5 mm blade) and mix well 3. Portion according to desired weight and make hamburgers 4. Decorate the borders with the Breadcrumb Mix Gipsy

Bacon & cheese burger Ingredients • 50 g/kg of Degens Premium Vekamix (7036481) • 15 g/kg of Degens Taste Sensation Bacon (7036148) • Crumb Mix Easy Gouda (7030236) • 1 kg of mixed mince • 200 g/kg of Cheddar cheese Preparation 1. Mix the meat with the Premium Mince/Sausage Mix (7036411) 2. Mix the Taste Sensation Bacon underneath 3. Dice Cheddar cheese into small pieces 4. Mix underneath the mince dough 5. Prepare hamburgers 6. Garnish the edges with the Crumb Mix Easy Gouda

BBQ recipes with fish Italian fishskewer with cherry tomatoes Ingredients • 70 g/kg of Degens Marinade Tuscany (7041292) • Degens Italian Tuscany Mix (7019821) • 1 kg of pangasius fillet • 500 g/kg of cherry tomatoes • 400 g/kg of ricotta Preparation 1. Cut the fish into strips of about 3 cm 2. Rinse the tomatoes 3. Drain the ricotta and mix with the Italian Tuscany Mix 4. Cover the strips of fish with the ricotta mixture and roll up 5. Marinate the stuffed fish with the Marinade Tuscany 6. Alternately, skewer the fish and cherry tomatoes

Wolf fish saltimbocca Ingredients • 50-70 g/kg of Degens Dry Glaze Lemon Pepper (7039966) • 4 wolf fish fillets • 4 sage leaves • 8 slices of pancetta Preparation 1. Season each fish fillet with the Dry Glaze Lemon Pepper and put a sage leave on top 2. Wrap in 2 slices of pancetta and secure with a cocktail stick if necessary

Grilled squid Ingredients • 70 g/kg of Degens Burgundy Marinade (7044251) • 100 g/kg of squid Preparation 1. Rinse and dry the squid 2. Marinate with the Burgundy Marinade

Skewer of seasoned sardines Ingredients • 70 g/kg of Degens Marinade Paprika Grill (7044248) • 20 sardines, ready for use Preparation 1. Season the sardines with the Marinade Paprika Grill 2. Skewer the some marinated sardines together onto skewer
