Metrics Committee

Community Training Volunteers

This committee reviews grant applications for measurability in TREC Foundation’s four key initiatives, develops plans to track quantifiable results and monitors the results throughout the year.

Support burgeoning developers in TREC Community Fund’s training programs by providing mentorship and one-on-one feedback of potential community-oriented real estate projects. Opportunities include: Real Estate 101 Bootcamp, a hands-on, four part-course introducing participants to the real estate development process and equipping them to bring projects to life; CRE Accelerator, a nine-month program to train emerging developers to implement community-oriented real estate projects and provide access to debt/equity capital upon successful completion.

Company Volunteer Opportunities TREC will organize company volunteer days in the Forest District. These volunteer opportunities could be half-day or full-day workdays for you and your teams to do good works for our Dallas Catalyst Project partners. Contact TREC if you would like to learn more.
