Call Capture Signs How I Am Different: I use “Call Capture” signs on my Listings. This “800” number gets the drive-by looker to call for automated information and not feel intimidated by having to speak to a “real person”. The system not only “captures” their phone number, but often their name and address. This enables me to speak to them directly and give them much more information.

How I Am Different: I have my very own YouTube Channel and create a unique YouTube video for your property. As with the above Visual Tour, the video can also be downloaded for viewing convenience. Home Design Magazines How I Am Different: I publish not one, but TWO Home Design Magazines that will have Ads for your home on the inside. These are distributed to Clients, friends and family, and to several professional office lobbies in the area. (so while you’re waiting for your appointment, you have something new to read).

Billboard Ads How I Am Different: I use the latest billboard technology, the eye-catching Digital Billboards, to advertise your home not only when it’s on the Market, but even BEFORE it goes on the Market – just like the “Sneak Previews” that you see when you go to a movie! It costs me MUCH more than a standard every-day paper Billboard, but you’ll have to admit, they ARE noticed more, and THAT’S the key!

“Realtor.com” Buyer Assist How I Am Different: I am one of only TWO Agents in the Area who have the “Buyer/Search Assist” Option for someone on “Realtor.com”, THE largest search website for homes.

This is a great tool to use to grab Buyer’s who are looking on the Internet. I can constantly send them updates on properties

How I Am Different: I always take at least 25 high quality, well-lit photos. Many wide angle and/or panoramic views are created and used. I edit the photos with several different “photoshop” type programs to make sure they are level and color balanced. Take a minute to look at some of these photos…

How I Am Different: I promote your property through Postlets syndication – another searchable portal for Real Estate. The information in a Postlets ad gets pushed out to MANY other searchable Real Estate websites, like HotPads and Google Base. Note: I also include Open House information as soon as we have one scheduled.


How I Am Different: I STILL regularly hold Open Houses at my Listings. This is a practice that has been dying out with many agents. I advertise these on my MLS, my Company Website, Realtor.com, Trulia.com. Zillow.com, and many other websites!


How I Am Different: I create a Flyer that features high quality photos, features description, with link info to the property websites and virtual tour. The Flyer is left at your property for Buyers and Buyer’s Agents to read and take with them. We also hand them out at Open Houses and other occasions.
