“ a  new  thought  in  direct  dental  companies  moving   forward…”

Sharing Smiles. What are your main concerns when it comes to whitening?    

Lengthy chair time? Expensive? Patient Sensitivity ? Patient Compliance?

Avalanche is different. These concerns will no longer be an issue. Avalanche is a cutting edge bio photonic whitening system. Avalanche saves time, increases profits, and improves patient experience.

AVALANCHE Professional Whitening AVALANCHE is a light-activated in-office whitening system using the unique science of Bio photonics AVALANCHE is exclusive to Diversident and only  sold  “DIRECT”   via our talented sales team

Key Features:     

Light-Activated Technology 30 Minutes Virtually No Sensitivity 39% Hydrogen Peroxide Long, Lasting Results

AVALANCHE Biophotonics Technology  AVALANCHE gel biophotonics is the interaction of light with a combination of an oxidant rich gel and light trapping molecules to whiten teeth  In AVALANCHE the Hydrogen Peroxide plays the same role but the difference is that it is not the star of the reaction this time.

 AVALANCHE’s whitening  gel  contains  special   Chromophore molecules.  These Chromophores trap light and harness its energy; they pass the energy along to the Hydrogen Peroxide making it break down many times faster than it would have normally. The result is an abundance of a highly reactive oxygen species produced in a very short amount of time.

GEL

Enamel

Dentin

AVALANCHE Mode of Operation AVALANCHE is the ONLY truly light activated whitening product because without light to activate the chromophores the hydrogen peroxide will NOT break down. Other systems may use UV light or LED light as a heat source to accelerate the reaction but the hydrogen peroxide in these systems will break down with or without light to help.

AVALANCHE produces an abundance of extremely reactive oxygen species within seconds of illumination! The reaction is fast, predictable and yields incredible results.

Clinical & Safety Data In-Vitro Safety Data Effects on Enamel Surface Evidence demonstrates that enamel presents structural changes when exposed to peroxide treatment, compromising its composition and morphology. As observed by ESEM there were no obvious alteration of the surface of the enamel of the examined teeth post use of AVALANCHE

Enamel surface morphology of unbleached control group (a) and AVALANCHE treated group (b) exposed to LED Lamp (1000X).

Clinical & Safety Data In-Vitro Safety Data Effects on Pulpal Temperature

ďƒź Pulpal temperature needs to be raised by 3 Degrees to inhibit and damage the pulp. ďƒź Chairside Whitening with the AVALANCHE only raises the Pulp chamber temperature by less than 0.5 degrees

Procedure

1. Patient Consultation  Examine teeth

 Qualify the patient as a candidate for the procedure  Establish Expectations

Procedure 2. Patient Preparation  Insert retractor  Color match the teeth using the Vita Classical Shade Guide arranged in value order (below)   Record the pre-whitening shade  Take a pre-procedure photo

Procedure 3. Apply Gingival Barrier  Dry the tissue prior to placing the liquid dam  Apply the dam along the gum line and work your way upwards (backwards for lower arch) until half the gingival area is covered.

 Be sure to cover all interproximal areas, sealing the liquid dam to the enamel

Procedure

4. Gel Preparation  Mix H2O2 solution with powder  Wear gloves   Express H2O2 from green syringe INTO powder Barillo  Stir with spatula until a mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Procedure

5. Gel Application ďƒź Apply the AVALANCHE Whitening Gel directly on the facial surface covering each tooth no thicker than 1-2mm.

Procedure 6. Activation  Polymerize each tooth until gel changes from orange to white

 This can take between 8-20 seconds (depending on your  curing  light’s   output)

Procedure

7. Suction  In between each session, suction and wipe the remaining gel from the teeth.  Reapply gel and repeat steps.  For best results, do 4-6 treatments.

Procedure 8. Completion  Remove all remaining whitening gel  Remove gingival barrier  Suction and rinse the patient   Record a postwhitening shade and take a photo   Remove the retractor  Rinse with warm water if necessary
