About the Authors Kunho Kim Kunho Kim’s world turned around when he was paralyzed from the waist down during a ski accident in 2010. Kunho has created several NGOs to empower people in wheelchairs, including HeartSaysFreeMove, which donates wheelchairs to paralyzed people in Vietnam, and BOON, which offers tours around Seoul for students in wheelchairs in South Korea. Travel has always been his passion. Kunho has acutely felt the need for work in increasing access to accessibility information in tourism.

Brad Riew Brad Riew is an avid writer with a thirst for adventure. An English major, he writes every day—mostly fiction—and has always dreamed of publishing a book.

Brad served as an assistant swim coach on a Special Olympics swim team in high school and believes strongly in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities and other disenfranchised groups.

You-Myeong Kim and Cynthia Cheung You-Myeong and Cynthia joined Brad and Kunho on their cross-country journey, and assisted with fundraising, planning for the road trip, data collection, managing 20 States on Wheels’ social media presence, photography, and content creation for the book. They also helped develop our strategy for booking accessible rooms.
