ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR ITS WAY One of the major challenges for the European Union refers to the way in which it can ensure energy security with competitive and “clean� energy, by limiting the impact of climate change and coping with the escalating global demand for energy and with the uncertain future of access to energy resources, said the representatives of Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE). In Romania, the Ministry of Energy has assumed to conceive a new national Energy Strategy by the end of this autumn. 17
