Kev Haus is inspired by the minimalist movement. The space is a hideout from the crowded city, and promotes a space where human and nature are one. The house’s design emphasizes openness to nature, increasing the interaction and blurring the lines between the two. The balance between home and nature, emphasis on clean, simple design, creates a relaxing space both physically and mentally for its guests.

HYPOTHESIS

Hypothesis is a cheery and vibrant office environment that promotes collaboration among employees, while also providing more high-focus spaces like heads down spaces and small group rooms for surveying. This space capitalizes on the use of bright colors to add energy in concentrated moments. Natural materials, such as wood and greenery add a level of refreshing atmosphere for employees daily, improving employee mood and productivity. Privacy is a key element for this user group, this is reflected in the final space plan which accommodates ample private offices.
