Management and Personal Development Courses The following profiles are to be used in conjunction with tailor-made training workshops specifically designed to meet the needs of the client organisation. These workshops are run between 1 and 2 days dependant on the clients needs. Each workshop cost’s £150 per day per delegate and is based on between 6 and 10 delegates being in attendance. The cost includes: profiles and certification which may be used towards a delegates CPD. Time Management Time is as important a resource as money and people but is the most neglected. This is probably due to a lack of understanding of how to manage time properly. The Personal Time Profile helps individuals to understand where they might be going wrong with their time management. It focuses on five main areas: goal setting and planning, time principles, procrastination, assertiveness, and coping with stress. The benefits of this profile are that it not only identifies problem areas but it also gives action points in order to overcome those problems. Disability Awareness Training The Disability Rights Commission (DRC) recommends adopting a strategy for improving service delivery to disabled customers. It should establish your business aspirations in relation to disabled customers. This training therefore is a must for all organisations to enable all managers and customer focused colleagues to have confidence in dealing with disability issues and competence in maintaining the highest standards of aspirational quality being available to all.
