A civil workplace is good for employees, managers, customers, and the bottom line. Rudeness, however, has become so commonplace that we often can't escape it. Employees working side-by-side need to learn how to respect each other so that they can work as a team. Unreturned emails, unfulfilled promises, late arrivals at meetings, & distracted listening all hurt workplace productivity and make work an awful place to be. In this program, Judi teaches employees how to renew workplace civility by learning how to evaluate their words and actions using a variety of simple, yet effective, tools.
