MERAAS UNVEILS PLANS FOR CENTRAL PARK NEIGHBOURHOOD Meraas has unveiled its plans for Central Park at City Walk, a new exclusive residential neighborhood, which will surround a 40,000m2 private park in the heart of Dubai. As part of its dedication to create mould-breaking, imaginative ways of experiencing city life that inspire an active lifestyle for residents and visitors in sustainably-minded destinations, Meraas’ latest neighbourhood will redefine community living in the emirate. MILLENNIUM ATRIA BUSINESS BAY SET TO STRENGTHEN BUSINESS TOURISM

FALCON FOR SOLAR SUN SIGNS AED 2.5-MILLION AGREEMENT WITH DUBCO CONSTRUCTION Falcon for Solar Sun Industries, which received initial funding support from the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, recently signed a AED2.5 million attribution agreement with Dubco Construction to facilitate the supply of solar heaters to the housing projects being managed by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme. Under the agreement, Falcon for Solar Sun will supply solar heaters to 341 Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme’s houses in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, and 236 houses under the Mohammed Bin Zayed City project in Ajman. Falcon for Solar Sun is also included on the list of suppliers for the Zayed Housing Programme’s ‘Waffer’ service. H.E. Abdulla Al Darmaki, CEO of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, congratulated Falcon for Solar Sun, adding: “We are proud of all of the projects supported by the Khalifa Fund. Exceeding our expectations, these projects complement our efforts to support local entrepreneurs and instil a culture of innovation in our young people. The main objectives of the Khalifa Fund revolve around the success of local SMEs and help increase their share in the country’s greater economic growth and development.”
