1. Remove bumper (2 torx screws behind trim panels in the boot, 5 push clips along wheel arch, plus clips along bottom edge of bumper). Disconnect reversing sensor loom. Remove and discard bumper crush beam. 2. Attach mainframe CB to the existing captive nuts on back panel using set screws B with washers WB. Fully tighten set screws. 3. Refit bumper and reversing sensor loom. Detachable Neck: Atttach to crossbar CB using set screws Z. Swan Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using CPE10 plates (standard orientation) with set screws Y & bolts W Flange Neck: Attach to crossbar CB using bolts A. Attach type approved towball (not supplied) using fasteners G. 4. Check and tighten all fasteners using a calibrated torque tool to the specified torque settings recommended on the towbar drawing.
