COMPLETED TRAINER’S DECLARATIONS The majority of Trainers have returned their signed trainers declarations that were attached to the updated Trackwork & Training Conditions sent out in early December. There still remains a few trainers that need to return their signed declarations. Any Trainer who hasn’t read the updated Trackwork & Training Conditions and returned the signed declaration to the Club by the end of this month (January), may be refused permission to utilise the Clubs track and training facilities until they do so. If any trainers did not receive or have misplaced their Trackwork & Training Conditions documents then please contact the Club Office to obtain a further copy.

TTC TRAINING FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS The Club would like to thank all Trainers who recently provided their input and feedback in regards to any areas of improvement, repairs or suggestions relating to the Clubs Training Facilities. The Clubs CEO and Operations Manager recently facilitated a morning track work fact finding mission, discussing all areas of track work, training and facilities. They will continue to make themselves available one morning per month to meet with trainers at track work, conducting a walk around to discuss any issues, concerns, feedback and suggestions that our local trainers may have relating to the Clubs Training Facilities. A large number of items were raised on the initial walk around last week and the Clubs management and staff are rapidly working through to address any items that can be achieved where reasonable and possible. In addition to the monthly walk around, the Club has provided the Morning Trackwork Supervisor with a book that Trainers can access to note any of their suggestions or feedback on any issues or improvements they may see. This book will be reviewed on a regular basis by management to help us consider the suggestions to guide and perform any duties by level of priority.

QTIS SALES TOUR – MARCH 2013 The Club has been advised that we can expect full confirmation and details on the Magic Millions QTIS March Sales Tours in the coming week. We have verbally received confirmation that Magic Millions will again be looking at providing a similar itinerary and plan for the QTIS Tours for the weekend Saturday 16 March – Monday 18 March 2013. If any Trainers are interested in attending the QTIS Sales in March please register your expression of interest with the Club Office, so that we can provide you full details as soon as they come to hand.

JUMPOUTS, GRASS GALLOPS & TRIALS SCHEDULE Please find attached a 6 month schedule covering January to June 2013, the schedule provides all planned Official Barrier Trials, Un-Official Jumpouts and Grass Gallops. You will note that Official Barrier Trials are scheduled once per month along with Un-Official Jumpouts once per month, where possible the Club aims to provide Grass Gallops on two mornings per month with some noted to be advised closer to the time.
