More than 125 outdoor boutiques will transform Bryant Park into a Winter Wonderland! Browse vendors brimming with gift-giving ideas for everyone on your list. The village’s artisan products include hand-crafted jewelry, decorative items, local foodstuffs and more! The Holiday Shops are child- and petfriendly, with something for everyone to enjoy, not to mention the ice skating rink at its center!

Route: The parade travels down Central Park West, turns to Central Park South at Columbus Circle, marches down Sixth Avenue and culminates on 34th Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue in front of Macy’s. For those of you striving to get a glimpse of the parade in person, consider camping out along Central Park West from 59th to 75th Streets around 6:00am. Central Park itself is closed for invite-only grandstand seating. Whether you’re viewing in person or in the comfort of your own home on television, be sure not to miss the 2017 parade. This year’s balloon line-up will include characters such as Pikachu, Skylander Eruptor, Thomas the Tank Engine and Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, plus fan favorites per usual.

TREE LIGHTING ROCKEFELLER CENTER TREE LIGHTING townre.nyc/treelight17 November 29th, 7:00 - 9:00pm 30 Rockefeller Plaza Witness the 2017 Holiday Season’s dazzling kick-off at one of the city’s most treasured events. Following a special evening of live performances, the Rockefeller Center tree will light up, to the excitement of thousands lining the sidewalks, and millions more watching around the world on television. Plan to arrive by 5:00pm to secure a place if you’re watching in-person. The tree will remain lit until January 7th, 2018.
