CITIZEN COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA This is an opportunity for the public to address the Town Council on any subject not on the Agenda. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Town Council may not discuss issues related to the subject or make any decision on the subject at this time. Any such issue raised, however, may be referred to Town staff for research and possible future action.

CONSENT AGENDA All items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Town Council and will be enacted by one motion and vote. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a request by a Council Member is made prior to the time of the Town Council voting on the motion. In such event, the item will be removed, without debate, from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

Consider approval of the minutes of the Town Council work session held on March 25, 2013.

B.

Consider approval of the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on March 25, 2013.

C.

Consider approval of a resolution appointing Richard L. Jones, Jr. to the Zoning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Leslie D. Ware.

D.

Consider approval of a contract for the replacement of the water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and concrete pavement in four alleys between Normandy Avenue and Shenandoah Avenue from Turtle Creek to High School Avenue.

E.

Consider referring to the Zoning Commission a request to amend the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to issue a Specific Use Permit for a Telecommunications Facility at the Town Hall and Municipal Building, 4700 Drexel Drive.

MAIN AGENDA Consider approval of an ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to install temporary “No Parking” signs and issue temporary resident-only parking permits.

CLOSED SESSION In accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 – REAL ESTATE – the Town Council may convene into closed session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, specifically, a parcel of land owned by the Town adjacent to 4101 Lomo Alto Drive, and review the terms of any proposed sale or lease of such real property.

X.

OPEN SESSION Pursuant to Section 551.102 of the Texas Government Code, the final action, decision, or vote, regarding Section IX above, shall be made, if any.
