LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Opportunities

Leadership in Training (L.I.T.) Program (Ages 13+ years) This 2 week program is an introduction to leadership development. This program will consist of 1 week of training which includes basic information on program planning, communication, first aid, effective discipline for children, games, songs and policies & procedures. The second week will be a placement in one of our camp programs. L.I.T.’s are to provide their own transportation to and from program locations for both weeks unless registered in Extend-a-Camp. Participants must be the required age by the program start date. This is an excellent program, preparing participants for future employment. L.I.T.’s will be given an evaluation at the end of the session. Date
