Über Marling erhebt sich das autofreie Vigiljoch, ein imposanter Wald- und fabelhafter Aussichtsberg von etwa 2000 Metern Höhe. Das Besondere am Vigiljoch (ostsei tig Marlinger Berg genannt), sind seine unzähligen Wandermöglichkeiten. Besonders schön und gemütlich ist der Marlinger Waalweg entlang des alten Bewässerungska nals. Für Biker, Nordic Walker und anspruchsvolle Wanderer hält die Natur viele weitere Möglichkeiten offen, etwa den Marlinger Höhenweg.

Il monte San Vigilio, il cui versante est è detto anche monte Marlengo, a circa 2000 metri, è chiuso al traffico e domina Marlengo con il suo maestoso bosco e una vi sta da favola. È particolarmente interessante per le numerose possibilità di passeggiate ed escursioni. Il Marlinger Waalweg, il sentiero dell'acqua, propone inoltre una bella e comoda passeggiata lungo l’antico sistema d’irrigazione. L’ambiente naturalistico offre a ciclisti, appassionati di nordic-walking ed escursionisti esperti altre numerose oppor tunità, quali per esempio l’Alta Via di Marlengo.

Just above Marlengo the traffic-free Vigiljoch mountain rises up, with an imposing for est and legendary lookout at an altitude of approximately 2,000 metres. The Vig iljoch (also called the Marlengo mountain) offers something special, in that it has nu merous hiking possibilities. The Marlengo path along the old irrigation channel is very beautiful and comfortable. For cyclists, Nordic Walkers and advanced hikers, nature offers many surprises, one of them being the Marlengo high-altitude path.

Im Burggrafenamt rund um Meran gilt der Herbst als die wahrscheinlich schönste Zeit im Jahr. Stabile, milde Wetterlagen und ausgezeichnete Fernsicht ergeben das, was der Einheimische Kaiserwetter nennt. Ideal zum Wandern! Im Herbst wird die Obst- und Traubenernte eingebracht, es gibt jungen Wein und frische Kastanien, es ist also Törg gelezeit. Gemütliche Gasthöfe und hervoragende Restaurants in und außerhalb der Hotelbetriebe bieten Kulinarisches vom Feinsten. Die berühmte Apfelkrone beim Meraner Traubenfest stammt aus Marling.

Nel Burgraviato intorno a Merano, l’autunno è forse il periodo più bello dell’anno. Un clima mite, stabile e lo splendido spettacolo dei colori della natura invitano a numer ose passeggiate! In autunno c’é la vendemmia e la raccolta della frutta, c’é il vino novello e le castagne dei boschi circostanti, è quindi tempo di castagnate! La famosa “Corona di mele” della Festa dell’uva di Merano proviene da Marlengo.

The area surrounding Merano sees the autumn as the most beautiful period of the year. A stable, mild climate and excellent visibility result in what the locals call glorious weather. Just ideal for hiking! During the autumn, the orchards and vineyards offer up their harvest. There are new wines and fresh chestnuts – in one word: Törggele time. The famous “apple crown” at the Merano Grape Festival comes from Marlengo.

Die Kellerei Meran, die Weingüter Popphof, Plonerhof, Pardellerhof und Gruberhof, so wie die Privatbrennerei Unterthurner, die Bauernbrennerei Lahnerhof sowie der Brug gerhof bieten Ihre Produkte zur Verkostung und zum Verkauf an. Auch die Trauben der Weingüter Eichenstein und Geier gedeihen in Marling. Gerne wird Marling nicht nur als Weindorf, sondern auch als „Prickelndes Dorf“ betitelt, befinden sich hier gleich vier Produzenten von Schaumweinen – eine einzigartige Vielfalt in Südtirol. Historische Weinkeller, romantische Weinberge und hochmoderne Verarbeitungsanlagen im Wein- und Obstbau können besichtigt werden. Auf informative und unterhaltsa me Weise wird die Tradition in der Landwirtschaft und im Besonderen im Weinanbau vermittelt. Die Auszeichnung Südtiroler WeinKulturBotschafter wird jährlich von der WeinKultur Marling an verdiente Preisträger verliehen.

Ci sono presenti ben quattro produttori di vini spumanti, una diversità unica nel la nostra zona che ci ha dato anche il nome “il paese delle bollicine”. Cantine storiche, romantiche vigne e laboratori ultramoderni in viticoltura e frutticoltura invitano a visitarle. Si ha la possibilità di conoscere, in modo piacevole, la tradizione nell’agricoltu ra e in particolare nella viticoltura. Da qualche anno la CulturaVini Marlengo conferisce l’onorificenza di ambasciatore Cultura Vinicola Sudtirolese per straordinari impegni a favore della cultura enologica sudtirolese.

Der 12 km lange Marlinger Waal weg nimmt seinen Anfang in Töll und verläuft entlang des Marlinger Berges, oberhalb der Ortschaften Algund, Marling und Lana. Er zählt zu den schönsten Waalwegen Südtirols.

Der WeinKulturWeg im Ortskern von Marling erzählt unter Einbezug der Landschaft zahlreiche Geschichten rund um den Wein und dessen Anbau. This 12 km trail along the Irrigation Channel Path is one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful. It leaves from Tel and covers the slopes of Mount Marlengo above the villages of Lagundo, Marlengo and Lana.

The educational WineCulturePath leaves from the centre of Marlengo and offers information about the winemaking tradition and geograph ical peculiarities. The trail takes you through vineyards revealing local wine growing secrets and offers you the opportunity to visit the Marlengo winery. Historic working equipment and tools from grandpa’s time can be seen at the Rochelehof Discovery Cellar.

„Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass –museumobil Card“

Alle Gäste, welche ab 2023 in Marling Ihren Urlaub verbringen erhalten vom Unterkunftsbetrieb die MeranCard, den sogenannten „Südtirol Guest Pass – museumobil Card“, welche es ermöglicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Nahverkehrsbusse, Regionalzüge, öffentliche Seilbah nen) in ganz Südtirol zu nutzen und einen Eintritt für jeweils 1 Besuch in rund 80 Museen in Südtirol beinhaltet.

Vom Reschenpass: Im Ort Forst (Brauerei Forst) kurz vor Meran, rechts beschilderte Abfahrt nach Marling.

Vom Brenner über Bozen: Autobahn ausfahrt Bozen Süd, weiter in Richtung Meran über die Schnellstraße MEBO bis zur Ausfahrt Marling. Dann weiter über die Etschbrücke Richtung Marling.

Vom Brenner über Sterzing-Jaufenpass: Autobahnausfahrt Sterzing und über die Passstraße nach Meran. Durch die Stadt der Beschilderung Gampenpass folgend, über die Etschbrücke. Abfahrt rechts ins Dorfzentrum von Marling. Wintersperre der Passstraßen beachten.

Über das Timmelsjoch: durch das Passei ertal nach Meran, anschließend gleiche Route wie vom Jaufenpass kommend. Farbleitzonen im Ort: Navigationsgeräte führen erfahrungsgemäß nicht immer zum gewünschten Ziel. Das Farbleitsystem (siehe Lageplan in der Mitte des Kataloges) bietet eine einfache Hilfestellung bei der Suche nach Ihrer Unterkunft. Bitte achten Sie deshalb auf die ausgewiesenen Routen vor Ort.

Dal Passo Resia: in località Foresta (Birreria Forst), poco prima di Merano, sul la destra è segnalata l’uscita per Marlengo.

Da Verona attraverso Bolzano: uscita autostradale Bolzano Sud, si prosegue in direzione Merano (superstrada) fino all’uscita Marlengo. Si prosegue verso il centro del paese di Marlengo.

Dal Passo Stelvio attraverso la Val Venosta: attraverso il Passo Stelvio e scendendo per la Val Venosta si arriva a Tel, si prosegue fino alla località Foresta, poco prima di Merano, dove sulla destra è segnalata l’uscita per Marlengo. Atten zione: Chiusura invernale dei passi alpini.

Da Passo del Rombo e Passo Giovo: attraverso la Val Passiria in direzione di Merano e Marlengo Linee direzionali colorate: I navigatori, per quanto pratici e comodi, non sempre portano alla meta desiderata. Il sistema guida a colori (vedi planimetria al centro del catalogo) offre un aiuto semplice ed efficace nella ricerca del vostro alloggio. From Passo Resia: Drive to the village of Forst (Forst Breweries) shortly before Merano, a signpost on your right describes how to get to Marlengo.

From Brennero, through Bolzano: Motorway exit Bolzano sud, then proceed towards Merano on the MEBO (Merano Bolzano) clearway as far as the Marlengo exit. Then cross the Etsch bridge towards Marlengo/Town of Marlengo.

From Brennero via Vipiteno- Passo Giovo: Take the motorway exit Vipiteno and continue along the pass to Merano. Drive across the city and cross the Adige Bridge. The road on the right will lead you to the centre of the village of Marlengo. Warn ing: Some alpine passes close in winter.

From the Passo del Rombo: Through the Val Passiria Valley to Merano, and then take the same road as from the Passo Giovo. Color routing zones: Experience shows that navigation devices do not always lead to the desired destination. The color coding system (see map in the middle of the catalogue) offers a simple assistance in finding your accommodation. Therefore please pay atten tion to the designated routes once you arrive.

Die Einnahmen aus der Ortstaxe werden für den Ausbau und die Erhaltung von Infrastrukturen und Dienstleistungen, sowie für die Organisation von kulturellen und sportlichen Veranstaltungen eingesetzt. Die Ortstaxe wird pro Gast und Nächtigung von den Beherbergungsbetrieben eingehoben. Die Höhe dieser kommunalen Abgabe richtet sich nach der Kategorie des Betriebes. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 14 Jahren sind von der Abgabe befreit. Die Ortstaxe wird bei Abreise fällig und ist in der Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen.

Le entrate generate dall’imposta di soggiorno verranno impiegate sia per la costruzione ed il mantenimento di infrastrutture e servizi, sia per l’orga nizzazione di manifestazioni sportive e culturali. L’imposta di soggiorno, determinata per persona e per pernottamento, viene riscossa dalle strutture ricettive. L’ammontare della suddetta imposta viene determinato in base alla categoria di struttura ricettiva. Sono esenti dall’imposta bambini ed ado lescenti sotto i 14 anni. L’imposta di soggiorno viene pagata al momento della partenza ed è riportata sulla fattura del soggiorno in struttura, con una voce a sé stante.

Je nach Sachlage können aber auch alle vereinbarten Aufenthaltstage verrechnet werden. Kinderermäßigungen werden von den jeweiligen Häusern individuell verrechnet.
