The Appetizing Estevan Culinary Tour will celebrate its 1-year anniversary in February 2020. The tour occurs on the last Friday of each month. The limo takes the tours to three different restaurants. Cost is $40/ person. Contact the Visitor Information Centre to be a part of the next tour.

#EXPERIENCEESTEVAN JUNE 4-7, 2020 The Estevan Exhibition Association announced that West Coast Amusements will be hosting a 4-day fair this year, June 4-7. Along with the fair they are pleased to announce the return of ‘Estevan Sings’, and the introduction of the KCRA Rodeo Tour on June 6-7.
JUNE 20, 2020 The 3rd Annual Boundary Bass Classic-BBC will take place at Woodlawn Regional Park, Boundary Dam on June 20. This is Western Canada’s only largemouth bass catch and release tournament. To register visit the website, iompresents.com/bbc.
JULY 24-26, 2020 The Rafferty Rumble returns July 24-26. This epic weekend features a music festival, market, car show, street fair, street dance, and a variety of sporting events. Let’s go fishing
I like to fish at Rafferty Dam, a 2-minute drive off Highway 39. The rocks are usually Madison Colbow - Visitor Information Specialist where I fish. The water is crystal clear!! August 2019 I recommend going in the evening because f @TourismEstevan Fishing is one of the many things my family during the day when it’s hot the fish won’t and I enjoy together. Ever since I was a little come out. Rafferty Dam has Walleye, Yellow girl, my dad would take my twin sister and Perch and Northern Pike. Walleye is our favourite to eat, sooooo good! me fishing. Growing up we caught minnows and crayfish in our little nets along the rocks of Rafferty Dam, but as we got older we became experts in using our fishing rods. We spent many hours fishing and fell in love with it. Fishing is one of our favourite hobbies to do in Estevan. A perfect time to cast out is on Free Fishing days put on by the Government of Saskatchewan.

700 Block, Souris Avenue Centrally located, this park offers wide open spaces, with benches and a view of the historic Water Tower. Splash pad and Play structure new in 2020.
Royal Heights Veterans Memorial Park 1200 Block, Nicholson Road Royal Heights boasts lush green space, a new splash pad and new this summer will be an accessible play structure. Also find a gazebo, play structure, splash pad and walking paths, and a Veterans monument wall.

Estevan Leisure Centre The Estevan Leisure Centre is the hub of activity in our city. Within the building there are two ice surfaces, (Affinity Place & Power Dodge Ice Centre), the RM of Estevan Aquatic Centre, the Estevan Public Library, as well as a Weight Room, Squash Courts, and Multi Purpose Room. The Leisure Centre is where people congregate whether you are from Estevan or coming in for an event. Affinity Place has been the home to many major events including concerts like Alice Cooper, George Canyon, Doc Walker & Charlie Major, and most recently The Offspring with SUM 41. Social, emotional, mental and physical needs are met at the Estevan Leisure Centre. You will find a variety of structured and unstructured health and lifestyle opportunities for individuals, families and the entire community to meet, grow, laugh and explore - the opportunities are endless! The Estevan Leisure Centre is located in the heart of the city. It includes the RM of Estevan Aquatic Centre that has a 6-lane, 25-metre multi-purpose pool, water slide, hot tub, children’s pool area and steam room. A guide to Craft Beer: Brown Ales are reddish-brown or amber in colour. Often tastes like coffee, caramel, toffee, or malt. Indian Pale Ales tend to be more bitter, and they have more hops added as a preservative. Stout Beers are thick and have a dark hue. They are made by roasting barley or malt, water, hops, and yeast. Porter have a dark hue like Stouts, but they tend to have a milder aroma and taste. Hefweizen is made with a large amount of wheat. This beer comes in fruity flavours like apple, bubblegum, banana, or cloves.
