NEW GREEN CONSTRUCTION & GREENS EXPANSIONS - Hole 18 All existing green sod was stripped and saved to be used on the greens expansions and other areas of throughout the golf course.

All rough sod was stripped and removed to an onsite location.

The new Greens and surround was shaped as per Steve Weisser's plans.

Following final approval of the green, new 4" internal drainage was installed. All drainage lines have tracer wire installed, so they can be easily found in the future. New outlet drainage was also installed at this time as noted on as-built drawings. · Installation of the “stored greens heads” will be performed at this time. TTGS will work to ensure that there will be no disruption to the adjacent irrigation components during the installation of the new “greens loops”. · Following the installation of a 4" USGA gravel layer, 12” of greens mix (88-12) was installed. The mix was tracked in using 4” lifts to ensure proper compaction of the material. Grading stakes will be used to insure that mix is spread to the proper depth. · All soil amendments and fertilizer were applied and incorporated into the soil profile prior to final prepping of the area before the installation of new greens sod. · A “FINAL FLOAT” using a drag box was completed to ensure all imperfections are removed, resulting in “billiard table” smooth surface. · The existing greens sod was re-installed to the newly renovated green surface · New “turf-type tall fescue” rough sod will be installed around the green and surround · · · ·

PHASE 2 NEW TEE CONSTRUCTION All sod was stripped and removed to an onsite location.

All tees were relocated and built as per Steve Weisser's plans and in-field direction.

The tees were shaped with a “V-ditch” to promote all drainage to the middle of the tee.

A 3” gravel layer was installed to level the bottom of the tee surface Tee mix (6-2-2) were installed, spread and compacted. All new tees were laser leveled using a laser box.

Installation of the “stored tee heads” were performed at this time. TTGS will work to ensure that there will be no disruption to the adjacent irrigation components during the installation of the new “tee loops”. · All soil amendments and fertilizer was applied and incorporated into the soil profile prior to final prepping of the area before the installation of new tee sod. · New "tee-height bentgrass" tee sod from DeLea Sod Farms was installed on all newly constructed tees. · New “turf-type tall fescue” rough sod was installed around all tee surrounds · · · · · ·

SHORT GAME AREA All sod was stripped and removed to an onsite location.

All features including tees, greens, and bunkers were located according to Steve Weisser's plans and in field direction New practice greens were constructed to USGA specifications, with new 4" internal perforated drainage, a 4" gravel layer, and 12" rootzone mix (88-12) profile.

All soil amendments and fertilizer was applied and incorporated into the soil profile prior to final prepping of the area before the installation of new sod New "0-0-7 Greens Sod" from DeLea Sod Farms was installed on all newly constructed greens New greenside and approach bunkers were constructed according to Better Billy Bunker specifications mentioned above New drainage basins and fairway drainage was installed to route ground water away from features New "low-mow bluegrass" sod was installed in all fairway/approach/chipping areas New “turf-type tall fescue” rough sod was installed in all other disturbed areas

DRIVING RANGE/PRACTICE FAIRWAY All sod was stripped and removed to an onsite location.

All features including tees, greens, and bunkers were located according to Steve Weisser's plans and in field direction Main driving range tee was installed with new 4" internal perforated drainage pipe in gravel and 6" of rootzone mix; all other practice tees were stripped and leveled in place with existing mix profile; new "low-mow bluegrass" sod was installed on new driving range tee surface · New target greens were shaped in place with existing earthwork material; new "low-mow bluegrass" sod from DeLea sod was installed on "green" and "approach" surfaces · New "turf-type tall fescue" was installed on all other disturbed areas on range floor · · ·

BUNKERS - fairway and greenside All existing sod was stripped and removed to onsite location.

All existing bunker sand will was removed and stockpiled onsite All bunkers were shaped and/or removed as per Steve Weisser's plan and field direction.

New 4” perforated internal drainage, with blowouts, was installed throughout all renovated bunkers. The internal drainage was connected to either existing outside (outlet) drainage or new outlet drainage as indicated on drawings. All existing outlet drainage was tested to ensure that it is functioning properly, prior to connection to new internal network · 2” of approved gravel was installed as per Better Billy Bunker Method specifications. · Better Billy Bunker polymer was applied to all gravel in bunkers. · 5” of new VFB Bunker Sand from Mitchell Products was installed, spread and tamped. · All disturbed areas were prepped for sod using the existing soil around the features. · New "turf-type tall fescue" rough sod from DeLea Sod Farms was installed around all bunkers. · · · ·
