ADS Double Walled Perforated & Solid Pipe) with Tracer Wire Install 4 Inches of 3/8� Washed Pea Gravel Install 12 Inches of New Greens Mix (80% USGA Sand / 20% Spagnum Peat Moss) Finish Grade/Float and Prep Greens Amend and Seed Green Surface Prep and Install Green Surrounds with Sod Repair Haul Road and all other Areas of Disturbance

* Install New 4-Inch Perforated Internal Drainage with Tracer Wire

* Repair Erosion Damage and Rebuild Back Tee Surface on Hole 6 Fairway/Approach

* Regrade and reshape as necessary

* New Irrigation added to Hole 5 Fairway.
