VENUE COORDINATOR

WASHROOM ATTENDANT

A representative of Toronto Botanical Garden will be assigned to be the main point of contact for the duration of your event. They will be there to assist you with whatever you need and will be responsible for load ins and outs. They will coordinate with the caterer and staff to make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Toronto Botanical Garden can provide a washroom attendant for the duration of your event to ensure that the washrooms are kept clean at all times. They are charged at an hourly rate of $ 30.

SERVICE STAFF & BARTENDERS

All service staff and bartenders must be provided and charged by Toronto Botanical Garden.

SECURITY For the safety of your guests, Toronto Botanical Garden will hire security personnel for specific events at the discretion of the coordination team. The first guard for a period of 6 hours is included in your room rental fee. Additional security guards are required depending on the number of guests and the amount of rooms rented. Toronto Botanical Garden’s coordination team will determine the final number security required for your event. Please note that all staffing and security charges are subject to HST.

They will be stationed outside of the public washrooms and will periodically clean surfaces, sweep the floors and replenish the paper products. They will not be accepting tips from any of your guests.

DISHWARE & FLATWARE Chosen caterer is responsible for choosing all rentals of dishware and flatware. Rentals shall be paid directly to Toronto Botanical Garden after confirming with the caterer.

LATE NIGHT EXTENSION Bar and rental services end at 1 a.m. If you are interested in extending your event end time, it will be charged at an hourly rate of $250.

The Floral Hall is the largest space available. It features a soaring 20-foot ceiling and a series of skylights. A private garden courtyard, accessed through double-glass doors, opens up off the hall.

A wall of acid-etched glass, natural stone and live foliage encircles this secluded space. Fragrant shrubs and white-flowering perennials make this elegant area ideally suited for any occasion. A stage, screen, sound system, lighting options and a convenient loading/ receiving area accompany this unique and elegant space as well as a change room/green room and restrooms.

The Garden Hall is ideal for intimate functions. The Garden Hall opens onto a courtyard that serves as a natural amphitheatre for outdoor gatherings. It is surrounded by gardens and an arching water channel and waterfall.
