14 year old Victoria Jonquil Turner, affectionately known by most as “Tori Turner” is a native of New Orleans, LA. Tori is a philanthropist, an actress, model, entrepreneur, teen queen and author. Tori is a 9th grader at New Orleans Center for Arts where she studies acting/drama. As an author with Atlanta based Delphine Publications, Tori released her first inspirational book, “When I Decided to D.R.E.A.M. BIG.” As an entrepreneur, Tori started her company, T Star Entertainment, Inc. at 13 years old and released her first empowerment single, “Rock the Crown” in August 2012., and put on her first concert for her foundation as a benefit to help fund other youth’s dreams.

As the 2012 Miss Black Louisiana USA Talented Teen, Tori was awarded the National Miss Black USA Talented Teen Service Award which is given to the national delegate that has done the most in her community and beyond during her state reign. During her reign, Tori called teens to action through, community service/volunteerism and youth entrepreneurship, inspiring them to be the change that they want to see in their communities.

Tori founded the Tori Turner’s D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation at the tender age of 12 years old with a mission of supporting the dreams of youth around the state of Louisiana. Her foundation was birthed through her dream of becoming a professional actress, model and entertainer. In 2011, her foundation issued thousands in scholarships to deserving youth and put on the D.R.E.A.M. BIG Benefit Concert .. The concert featured signed artists and other local youth that desired to showcase their talents as upcoming artists in the entertainment industry. The concert was partly funded by Lil Wayne’s Family 1st Foundation, along with other generous sponsors. Last year the D.R.E.A.M. BIG Foundation also hosted Calling Teens to Action/ Teens Making A Difference Community Fair. Tori firmly believes that you are never too young to make a difference!

Her message is to always D.R.E.A.M. BIG and believe in God and yourself and you can do whatever you set your mind to!
