DAY 1 MADRID, SPAIN. Meet your new amigos and set your clock to mañana. Time is on your side. Kick things off with a driving tour and get a lay of the land. (D) DAY 2 MADRID. Fiesta or siesta? The choice is yours as we hand you over to the Spanish capital. Check out the works of Picasso, Dalí and Miró or explore the gothic backstreets. Don’t miss the Prado Museum, the botanical gardens and the home of Real Madrid FC. (B) DAY 3 MADRID TO SEVILLE. Off to Seville, the city that was supposedly founded by Hercules 3000 years ago. But first: Toledo, the old Spanish capital to tick off another UNESCO World Heritage site. (B,D) DAY 4 SEVILLE. Your day, your way. Wander the streets once roamed by the greedy conquistadors counting gold or crane your neck through the corridors of Alcázar. Tonight is all about small bites, Seville’s tapas is famous for a reason. (B) DAY 5 SEVILLE TO GRANADA. Pit stop in Cordoba for a dose of Islamic culture. Granada next. Get your bearings on a walking tour before cutting loose in the young university town. (B,D) DAY 6 GRANADA. Cross off one of the world’s 'mustdo before you die' sights with a visit to Alhambra today, a place so gorgeous, poets have been describing it for centuries. (B) DAY 7 GRANADA TO VALENCIA. Off to Valencia for a tour of the Old Quarter. This is also the home of paella so hunt some down while you have the chance. Then dinner. #foodcoma. (B,D) DAY 8-9 VALENCIA TO IBIZA. Beach parties, boat parties, VIP parties, secret cave parties, hippie parties. This island is a living legend for a reason.
