Tangjia island provides a delightful pedestrian-friendly environment based on variable densities and traditionally structured neighbourhoods. Alongside tourist areas we plan residences and public facilities not only for tourists.

The island is for both habitants and tourists. Here are residences, luxury hotels, villas and cabins for rent. The island has many recreational facilities like PLAY LAWN for ballgame sports and for team sports, PROMENADE for jogging, hiking, rollerskating, cycling, OUTDOOR WATER PARK, health centre, fitness club, massage centre and so on.

City Centre and “Fingers”

Every finger has different function and different building typology. That means that every finger-line has different building pattern. City centre is a diverse mixture of the typologies of the area. Very dense office lines are penetrated by lines of greenery and followed by sparsely built retail and entertainment zones, that combine with lush greenery and public plazas.
