Gretna Road in Little Harwood, Blackburn, is a 20 home development built in partnership with Blackburn with Darwen Council. Consisting of six twobedroom older persons bungalows, five two-bedroom houses and six threebedroom houses it was felt to reflect the housing needs within that area. Hilary Brady, Together Housing Group Head of Project Management, said: “We have catered for a range of needs in this development and with the latest energy-saving devices installed, the new properties will be secure and help reduce bills.”
