RT CONTEST! WHO CAN ENTER?
1. Middle School Students 2. Students will submit artwork to be judged independently at each school. Winner from each school receives 2 free tickets to the Aluminum Show. prize. GRAND PRIZE: FREE TICKETS, FREE MERCHANDISE, AND BE A PART OF THE ACTION ON STAGE!
WHAT IS THE THEME OF THE SCULPTURE? 2. Art piece is to capture the essence of why we honor Earth Day and incorporate elements of The Aluminum Show.
WHAT DOES THE WINNER GET? .
(including free show tickets, $35 towards Aluminum Show merchandise, and also an invitation to be part of the action on stage for one number!).
WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED TO KNOW?
1. All sculptures must have the student’s name, teacher’s name, school and grade on them. 2. Art piece is to be made of found objects and MUST include aluminum (foil, cans, etc.) as part of the sculpture piece. You can use paint or other mixed medias. 3. It must be preassembled and free standing so that it may be displayed on a table top. We will not be able to suspend any work from the ceiling so your art must be able to stand on its own. 4.
