NEW CLASS LINE DANCING FOR BEGINNERS AT CARLTON IN LINDRICK STARTING ON 5TH SEPTEMBER 2012 If you want to get more exercise, make new friends and dance why not come along to the Carlton in Lindrick Civic Centre on Wednesdays between 7pm and 10pm. If you haven’t danced before and want to give it a try then do come along to the brand new Beginners line dancing class starting at the Civic Centre on Wednesday 5 September 2012. The new Beginners class run will from 7pm to 8pm in the Civic Centre and is followed by existing classes for easy/intermediate. Line dance classes have been held at the Civic Centre for the last six years and are still going strong with dancers coming from all over the region. It is a very friendly class taught by David Birkinshaw who is a qualified BWDA and D&G teacher and has held line dancing classes and social evenings for 16 years. You are advised to wear normal shoes (not trainers) and bring your own drinks to classes. The music ranges from new country to the latest pop music and dancers can range from 8 to 80 years.
