PIMM’S – THE TASTE OF SUMMER Swilling a glass of Pimm’s is a quintessential part of the British summer. Pimm’s (officially known as Pimm’s No. 1 Cup) is made from gin mixed in a secret recipe with herbs, bitters and
quinine. It can be mixed with tonic, Canada Dry ginger ale or champagne, but the best way to drink it is with lemonade, strawberries, orange slices, cucumber, mint leaves, and ice.
